kwas/kensuke watanabe architecture studio is recruiting design staff to expand its business in response to orders for new projects.

Currently, multiple projects are underway in various locations in Japan from Tohoku to Kitakyushu, ranging in size from 1,000 to 15,000㎡. As there is a lot of work in progress, those with practical experience and qualifications are very welcome.

Job Description

Architectural design and supervision (including on-site supervision)

Application requirements

Bachelor or master degree of architecture/arts (or expected graduate)
Healthy both mentally and physically.
Should be able to communicate adequately in Japanese on the job.

Salary

Junior level:
¥200,000/month for bachelor's degree, ¥220,000/month for master's degree, with bonuses (the amount is recently four to six month salary.)
*Salary for experienced candidates will be determined according to their experiences and abilities.

Working hours

10:00-19:00 (including 1 hour lunch break)

Treatment

Fully equipped with isurances (health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance)
Transportation expenses paid
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays such as New Year, GW, and summer holidays available
Salary increase once a year, bonus twice a year (based on performance)
Qualification allowance, holiday work allowance, and other allowances available
Through an job interview, we will officially hire you after a one-month trial period. (Salary will be paid for the trial period.)
